This was because I was MMSing the pics straight from my iPhone using SwirlyMMS and some MMS library for PHP I picked up somewhere. Was pretty good tonight but we were standing up FOREVER! and my feet are mega sore.                      |

| Macbook Pro now back from repairs (w00t) Entire top half replaced - new lid, screen everything :D no more nasty gashes on the lid anymore!!!! Screen is good, still grainy like the old one, but it doesn't have any dead pixels, the original one had a red dead pixel in the bottom left that I only ever noticed when I concentrated on it but it still sucked! Time to load some stuff on here for entertainment purposes while catching the train to work from now on. |

| So my MacbookPro is in getting repaired.... Of late, the backlight has been failing and it's been a gamble turning it on and hoping to be able to see anything. The service center has had it since last week, now they have had 2 inverters installed both not resolving the issue and have come to the conclusion that the CCFLs in the display itself have failed, so the panel will need to be replaced. It could be good, and it could also be bad - some macbook pro's have great picture quality while others have a grainy ass picture that you're sure you could sand back the walls and paint your house with, mine was a little grainy so i'm hoping that the new one will not be grainy at all, the topcase was scratched and I know that Apple USA atleast replace the whole top half of the machine when the screen fails because the screen is a sealed unit that's all glued together. so if they replace the screen they might just replace the panel. It's likely the panel will only be replaced rather than the whole screen assembly so I guess I won't be getting a free lid replacement too :P but a man can dream. I shall put up with the eMac for a while yet, the LCD is on backorder so I probably won't even have my macbook pro this week, however the bike seems to be running OK at the moment so I guess i'll just preoccupy myself. |

So yeah, Still just riding around and working really, i've been meaning to write a photo gallery but I keep forgetting to get round to it. went for a ride out to broke last weekend with CCSBR was almost 300kms round trip and thanks to my couch on 2 wheels and it's large tank, whereas a mate and his ZX2R had a few fuel stops. It appears that i've broken my habit of crashing so hopefully sometime soon I can get the fairings fixed and resprayed at mates rates, since I know a sprayer and a guy who is great with fiberglass and bog. Parents are looking at moving out to the country, I should probably start considering what to do but they won't be going for at least 12 months. My bloody Macbook pro is doing this uber backlight half working thing where it flickers on for a few seconds and then cuts out - I should really take it in and get it fixed but I know apple will just say "No Fault Found" and not be able to prove it to them until it breaks again. |

| So yeah, i'm not dead just busy working and riding. Started a new job working at a webhosting company, much better than a hardware vendor. Bike riding is going well, i've fucked up 3 or 4 times now but the ole' ZZR still goes strong with scratched paintwork and all. needs moar dark-tint windscreen, flush rear indicators and moar coolant though, and I should really get around to installing that new radiator i bought. I Will probably get around to getting the bike resprayed but probably just to sell it, i'm starting to wonder if i should buy something cheap like a CB250 so that it's hell easy to fix and get parts for, plus Honda > *. |

| Well for those that don't already know, the matt is getting a motorbike! I've already booked my learners course, put a deposit on the bike and bought all my gear. Bike comes monday, but i already have pics - it's a sweet black&silver Kawasaki ZZR250 '99 model I make this shit look good!
